NEW GOAL SETTING JOURNALING WORKSHOPS in NORTHAMPTON

Identify your dreams, focus your visions and learn to set realistic goals allowing you to achieve all your dreams. Weekly sessions will see you meeting with other like minds, inking your dreams and creating ways to achieve your goals, all while nibbling cookies and sipping hot teas & coffee.

Goal Setting Workshops:
Mary Wiseman’s whimsical, magical & functional Goal Setting Journaling Workshops are geared at: identifying dreams, focusing visions and setting realistic goals. All are welcome from beginner scribblers to seasoned inkers.

What to expect:
Mary’s workshops assist you in visualizing and establishing your goals and exploring simple steps to focus you in achieving your goals. Over a 10 week period Mary will lead you through 10 steps in which you can identify your dreams and set realistic goals to achieve them.

When:
Weekly sessions are ongoing
Thursday evenings at 6:30 to 8:30p.m.
in Northampton, near Smith College.
$30 weekly for 10 weeks*
